Give your feedback on proposals for the Whitehouse Street development

Galliard Apsley Partnership has published proposals for their site that fronts Princess Street, New Queen Street and Whitehouse Street. They are the first developer to set out plans for redevelopment within the Whitehouse Street Regeneration Area.

The proposal includes 450 homes with 20 per cent proposed to be affordable and a student accommodation block is also included with rooms for 400 students. In addition, 1390m² (15,000 square feet) of the ground floor has been dedicated to business and community uses. Public access through the site is proposed alongside several landscaped open spaces.
